These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OlaDevs corporate website ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the Site.

The Site is institutional and informational in nature, presenting OlaDevs, its custom software development services, and its proprietary solutions (such as LavaJatoCore). The Site also allows contact and technical assessment requests to be submitted through its own form.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of OlaDevs' domicile, with express waiver of any other.
